ROPES Safety Awards Program
Recognizing Outstanding Proactive Efforts in safety
Welcome, the Board of Directors wants to recognize Minnesota PHCC Contractors for their outstanding efforts in safety.
The categories of competition are: Sole Proprietor with no employees; companies with fewer than 10 employees; and companies with 10 or more employees.
The Minnesota Safety Awards Program was established to recognize all members for their outstanding safety efforts. Furthermore, the goal of this new initiative is to assist all Minnesota PHCC contractor members in developing a safety vision by identifying internal areas for improvement to enhance overall safety protocols.
The process is simple: Fill out the online survey. All submissions are then reviewed by the MN PHCC Safety Awards Program Committee. Feedback will be provided, and recognition will be given to PHCC members who meet or exceed the set requirements.
Overall, the Program aims to enhance safety protocols and:
- Create, develop, and improve industry safety culture.
- Understand and share federal and state OSHA requirements.
- Ensure the health and safety of your employees and customers.
- Recognize PHCC members’ exemplary safety procedures.

The Safety Awards Program is free for ALL MN PHCC contractor members. The survey will open on August 1 and close on October 15, 2025.
